PostKeel (“PostKeel”, “we”) provides a subscription SaaS product that helps founders plan and draft marketing. We do not auto-post to LinkedIn, Reddit, or other communities, and we do not send email from your identity without an explicit click.
Legal
Privacy policy
How PostKeel collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use our marketing software.
Effective 2 August 2026
Who we are
What we collect
Account data (name, email, workspace membership), billing identifiers from our payment providers, product usage and credit balances, brand and evidence content you enter or confirm, optional integrations you connect (for example Google Search Console — read-only), and technical logs needed to run and secure the service. We do not scrape or store third-party social posts for you to republish.
Why we use data
To provide and improve the product, meter AI and integration usage against your credits, process subscriptions and invoices, send service emails (billing warnings, digests you opt into), prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Marketing emails require your consent where the law requires it.
Sharing
We use sub-processors listed on our Sub-processors page (hosting, auth, AI, email, payments). Payment processing may use Razorpay (India) or Dodo Payments / other merchants of record (international). We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
We retain account and billing records as needed for the subscription and tax rules. Soft-deleted workspaces are purged on a scheduled delay after export and open data-subject requests are resolved. Suppression entries may survive cascade where law requires. Data is protected with industry-standard access controls; report issues to our privacy email.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Use the Privacy request form in the product or email bilalkhn619@gmail.com. General support: bilalkhn619@gmail.com. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
