Terms of service

PostKeel provides software tools for brand setup, draft generation, evidence tracking, and related workflows. You remain responsible for reviewing and publishing content. We never auto-post or auto-send from your social or email accounts.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, abuse rate limits, scrape third-party content through the product, or use the service for spam, harassment, or prohibited categories under our payment partners’ acceptance policies.

Paid plans grant credits and seat or brand limits described at checkout and in Billing. Credits are metered when AI or billable integrations run. We do not advertise “unlimited” usage. Prices may vary by billing country. Taxes and merchant-of-record fees may apply.

You own the brand materials and drafts you create. You grant us a licence to host and process that content solely to operate the service. Generation may only assert facts you have confirmed in the evidence ledger; otherwise drafts use need markers instead of invented claims.

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee rankings, revenue outcomes, or that AI drafts will be error-free. You are responsible for compliance with platform rules where you publish.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostKeel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from content you publish or from third-party platforms. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
